This patient had a combination of spider veins and varicose veins. Their reason for treatment was to relieve symptoms. Treatment with radiofrequency ablation to treat the varicose veins. Spider veins were attended to 8-12 weeks post-varicose vein treatment using injection sclerotherapy.

This patient had large varicose veins that were causing cosmetic and physical discomfort. Treated with radiofrequency ablation resulting in approximately 90% improvement. Remaining spider veins were treated with injection sclerotherapy.

This patient in their mid-40’s had superficial varicose veins. One 20-minute treatment using injection sclerotherapy was undertaken. After picture is eight weeks post treatment.

This type of spider vein is very fine and can be difficult to treat. These veins are too small for injection sclerotherapy but perfect for surface laser. Good cosmetic result can be seen in the after photo.
